Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Entry Level Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centers Health Care
The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license and prior experience in a long-term care environment
RN license in good standing
1+ years of work experience as an RN in a skilled nursing environment
Knowledge of Point Click Care Electronic Medical Records is required
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong sense of accountability and dedication to providing quality patient care

Responsibilities
Perform duties within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Conduct clinical audits as directed and implement corrective actions as necessary
Identify areas for clinical improvement and develop strategies for systemic restoration
Maintain a focus on quality improvement initiatives
Report findings to the facility's Director of Nursing, Facility Administrator, Clinical Restoration Team Leader, or designated authority
